Terms of Service:
• Payments are accepted via PayPal only (unless stated otherwise).• All sales are final; no refunds will be issued.• Character rights will be transferred within 24 hours after payment is completed.• You are free to alter the Adopt as you see fit after purchase as long as you don't claim ownership of the original design.• Unless more artwork has been added, the adopt cannot be resold for a higher price.• Do not use our art to train generative AI.• Please DON'T HIDE our designs from us on ToyHouse.• Please DON'T delete our characters off ToyHouse - Gift them away instead!• Only trustworthy clients (those who have previously purchased designs) are eligible for holds.• Holds are limited to one week only.
Bidding:
• If you win an auction, you are expected to respond within one week. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture, and you will be blacklisted.• In such cases, the design will be offered to the second-highest bidder.• All sales are final; no refunds or reversals will be issued.
Blacklist:
• Users on our blacklist are not permitted to own any of our designs.
• You will end up on the Blacklist if you irresponsibly placed a bid you can't pay for. Think twice before bidding.
• If we've had unpleasant interactions with an individual, they may also be added to the list.
• You will end up on the Blacklist if caught breaking rules recklessly.
• Do not sell or transfer our designs to anyone on this list, as doing so may result in you being added to it.
